PM Kisan Yojana Big Update, Government to Release 12th Installment For Over 12 Crore Farmers
PM Kisan 12th Installment: As per the news, the farmers will get the (12th) installment fund in Octuber month. The amount of rupees 2000 will be transferred to the account. The information regarding the 12th installment status is not yet confirmed by the Central government yet. As reported by the news agencies and according to an official statement released by the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, the government will release the much-awaited 12th installment of PM Kisan Yojana on 17 & 18 October 2022 during Agri-startup Conclave & Kisan Sammelan.
It is important to mention that so far, the government has released 11 installments under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and the last one was transferred on 31st May.
Under PM Kisan Yojana, the 1st installment in a financial year is transferred between April 1 and July 31. The 2nd installment is sent between August 1 and November 30. And the 3rd installment is released between December 1 and March 31.

PM Kisan 12 Installment Date: Union Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Narendra Singh Tomar recently held a meeting with the Agriculture Ministers of the states regarding the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Ministry of Uttar Pradesh agriculture, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Karnataka, Kerala, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Punjab, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana and Maharashtra were present at the meeting. During this, instructions were given to the states that only eligible farmers should get the benefit of the scheme. It was also said by the government the work of data verification and updating should also be completed at the earliest.
In fact, like other states of India, PM Kisan Yojana is proving to be very helpful for the farmers of UP too. Under this scheme, the government sends financial assistance of 6 thousand rupees to the account of farmers through 3 installments in a year. The government is going to release the money for the 12th installment soon. The last date for e-KYC for this scheme is over, beneficiaries who have not done e-KYC may have to struggle a lot for money this time.
