Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria in order to successfully apply for the SSP Scholarship Login:-

• You must belong to the Scheduled Tribe category
• Annual income should not exceed 1 lakh of the parents/guardians of the candidate
• If a candidate goes to take advantage of any other scheme, he/she should be able to take advantage of the SSP scholarship
• Candidate who is affiliated with CBSE or State Board should be a regular or full-time student of any government or private school
• If any student repeats his / her class then the government will cancel his / her SSP scholarship.
• The applicant must follow the following individual eligibility criteria in order to apply for the different types of scholarship programs:-

Technical Education Department	Applicant should be a permanent resident of Karnataka Fee Reimbursement: Applicant’s annual family income should be between 2.5 lakh to 10 lakh Defense Scholarship: Parents of ST / SC aspirant should be in Army / Navy / Air Force or Junior Commissioned Officer / NCO / Must serve as lower rank
Medical Education Department	Fee Reimbursement: Applicant’s annual family income should be between Rs 10 to 2.5 lakh Applicant and should be a permanent resident of Karnataka
Karnataka state Brahmin development board	Applicant should be a permanent resident of Karnataka Fee Reimbursement: Applicant’s annual family income should be Rs 100000 or less.
Department of backward class welfare	Fee Reimbursement / Post-Matric Scholarship: For Category 1 students annual family income should be Rs 2.5 lakh or less and for Category 2A, 3A, 3B, and OBC candidate’s annual family income should be Rs 100000. Or less Applicant should be a permanent resident of Karnataka
Department of disability welfare	Applicant should be a permanent resident of Karnataka There is no income restriction for Scheduled Caste, Tribe, BCM, Brahmin or General Category applicant.
Minorities welfare department	Hostel Fee Private Hostel / College Run Fee Reimbursement / Post Matric Scholarship: The annual family income of the candidate should be Rs. 2 lakhs or less
Ayush department	Applicant should be a permanent resident of Karnataka Fee Reimbursement: The annual family income of the candidate should be between 2.5 lakhs to 10 lakhs.
Social welfare department	Fee Reimbursement: Applicant’s family income should be Rs 2.5 lakh or less annually Hostel Fee: Private Hostel Government Hostel Applicant should be a permanent resident of Karnataka

To register yourself at the official portal you will have to follow the following registration procedure:-

• You have to now select a plan according to your choice.
• Select your caste/class
• Now you are required to select your district and taluk of your Institute/college

Terms And Conditions

The applicant must follow the following terms and conditions in order to successfully apply for this is scholarship:-

• Once you have successfully submitted the application form you will not be eligible to edit the application form.
• A unique ID number will be allotted to the students who have registered for the scholarship opportunity.
• If the students are discontinuing the education for which the scholarship was awarded then they are required to return the amount to the state government.
• The students are not eligible for the scholarship if they present false documents.
• Scholarships will be cancelled if any fraudulent practice takes place by the end of the student.
• If the students are not performing well in the education and are having short attendance then the government will cancel his or her scholarship.
